Jeremy Patterson Interview

In this interview, Team MuscleTech fitness model Jeremy Patterson talks about his successful weight-loss transformation using the new Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series formula.

Jeremy Patterson was one of the very first guys on earth to experience the weight-loss effects of new Hydroxycut™ Hardcore Pro Series®. He was prepping for the NPC Sacramento Championships and signed up for the Team MuscleTech® transformation program at MuscleTech.com/recruitment. When he walked back into our offices for his “after” photos completely shredded – we were ecstatic! We sat down with Jeremy after his photo shoot wrapped to ask him his thoughts on the new Hydroxycut™ Hardcore Pro Series® and his outstanding physical transformation.

Q: So Jeremy, how do you feel about your transformation? Are you happy with the results you achieved?

A: I am very happy! My transformation didn't take long and I am amazed with the end result.

Q: Well, you look incredible! What are your thoughts on new Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series? You were one of the first guys on earth to use it!

A: I think that the new Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series helped me take my conditioning to a new level!

Q: Obviously, getting as ripped as you did required a lot of hard work and diet dedication. How many days per week were you training during your transformation?

A: I hit the weights six days per week for about 45 minutes per session.

Q: How often would you do cardio?

A: I did cardio six days per week for 30 minutes a session.

Q: What type of cardio do you prefer or find to be the most effective to achieve this kind of conditioning? I mean – you're ripped and have striations all over the place!

A: My favorite cardio is the step-mill. I find it to be the most difficult cardio machine in the gym but that's why I love it!

Q: Well, the combination of diet, training and Hydroxycut Hardcore Pro Series really seemed to work, because your abs are poppin' and look incredible! How often do you train them?

A: Well, abs are just like every other muscle, so you don't want to overtrain them – but I train my abs about twice per week.

Q: What are your favorite ab exercises?

A: My favorite and only ab exercises are hanging leg raises and rope crunches.

Q: Any words of advice for guys who think that getting shredded is only possible for pros?

A: Yeah – don't let anyone tell you it can't be done! I'm a regular guy with a family and a day job, but I make time to be a competitive bodybuilder too!
