Diet Which Will Make You Lose 10-17 Pounds in a Week? A GM Diet Story!

(When we heard this diet you will lose weight, and also 10-17 pounds - my husband and I were curious about GM food, yes it is ... "General Motors" diet We wondered what in the world giant step in this .. taking car has to do with food. Let me tell you this story. "Hey Dais ... have you heard of GM food". My husband looked at me with a smile. Recently I was teasing him saying he is "chin froggy" because of the fat.
"Ha ha ... GM food? Something with the car or what?" I could not help but laugh hearing about it.
"Oh, the rumor is it was created for GM employees. Anyway, they say it can reduce 10-17 pounds in one week." He explained. The effectiveness of this plan is seven days that the food eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value. It is designed to clean your system of impurities and give you a sense of wellbeing.
"Maybe you should try it." Anyway, I did not want to try any diet at all.
He shopped for food ... lot purchased fruit, vegetables and meat.
Day 1:
Diet: All fruits except bananas.
Why it works: Here you are preparing your body for food to come. Your only source of nutrition is fruits that are nature's perfect food.
He bought cantaloupes and watermelons, as they consume far strongly recommended melons the first day. He thought it would be so easy to eat only those.
"I have no idea why people do these plans at all." He looked so miserable eat only fruit.
"If you do not want, do not do it." I replied with a smile.
He looked at what we ate. Then he complained again.
"If you take a decision, stick with it. Or, do not do it ... just leave." I was a little irritated.
At night, he wanted to vegetable soup. We have not done the "wonder GM soup like what they said, but with vegetables and spices that we liked. He put salt, spices ... for the flavor.
The good thing about the plan I liked, it was, you can eat all you want in each day. And you can take vegetable soup every time you want, any day. During the first seven days you must abstain from alcohol. You must drink 10 glasses of water each day.
Day 2:
* Weight: 6.1 pounds Lost from the original weight.
"Wow .. is it true, you have lost so much?" I was surprised.
"Yes, I did." He smiled triumphantly.
Diet: All vegetables. He can eat all he wants, raw or cooked. There is no limit on the amount or type.
Why it works: day begins with a fix complex carbohydrates coupled with an oil dose. This is taken in the morning for energy and balance. The rest of day two consists of vegetables which are virtually calorie free and provide essential nutrients and fiber.
"How can you eat this potato"? I thought he was crazy to eat baked potatoes in the morning. They suggested that it began its second day with a big baked potato for breakfast.
At lunch, he ate the cabbage and carrots steamed with herbs.
Night he wanted to eat something nice. He bought spaghetti squash the other day. I have no idea what the difference at all with regular squash. He cooked. When scratched, it looked like spaghetti! I sauteed zucchini, garlic, onion, mushrooms, and added the spaghetti sauce with some herbs. We overcame during the spaghetti squash .... uh ... good taste! :)
"Do you want to weigh" I asked, hiding a smile. It is packed because it was a good meal.
Alas! He won £ 6 times.
"This is madness." We did not understand the plan at all.
Day 3:
Weight: 4.8 pounds Lost from the original weight. (While the weight gain could have been his meal and fluids in the night.)
Diet: A mixture of fruits and vegetables of their choice are feeding on this day. It can take any amount to any amount. But no bananas and potatoes are allowed.
Why it works: Your system is now ready to start burning excess pounds.
In fact, it made us to be creative to find new dishes, or made us think we can do with vegetables. Vegetables to taste bland and the salad leaves made. Some vegetables were steamed.
One of our simple and easy recipes for salad:
Combine cucumber slices with sweet peas. Garnish with coriander leaves (cilantro) and salt.
Day 4:
Weight: 6.8 pounds Lost from the original weight.
Diet: bananas and milk. Today you will eat as much as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk.

Being on a diet is not that simple. One thing I like about it is, it makes you a little more disciplined, and conscious of itself.
He ate the soup too. But he was able to stick to bananas and milk. I felt sorry for him. J
Day 5:
Weight: 7.7 pounds Lost from the original weight.
Diet: Today is feast day. He can eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz servings of lean meat, almost £ 1.5 Combine this with six whole tomatoes. Increase consumption of water by one quarter.
Why it works: The beef is for iron and proteins, the tomatoes are for digestion and fiber. Lots and lots of water purify your system.
It fried the cattle he first cooked with fat in it. Then he added onion, garlic and ginger fried again. Cut 3 tomatoes and jumped a little in a pan. Overcome these tomatoes on beef and sprinkled some herbs. It was very good.
Day 6:
Weight: 8.9 pounds Lost from the original weight.
Diet: Beef and vegetables. He can eat as much beef as he wants.
Why it works: The iron and beef protein, vitamins and fiber from vegetables. By now your system is a tilt in total weight loss.
Instead of tomatoes, he used vegetables sauteed in beef mixture.
Day 7:
Weight: 9.8 pounds Lost from the original weight.
Diet: food today should be brown rice, fruit juices and vegetables.
Why it works: Finished with healthy dish. You have your system under control and he should thank you for the flushing and cleaning you just gave.
He enjoyed his food well. It is satisfying.
Day 8:
Weight: 10.7 pounds Lost from the original weight.

Everyone likes different things in their way. The food is different in different countries. So take it in your path. Replace it with what you like.
It worked fine for losing weight fast. If you can stay on the balanced meal, the weight may remain the same. But if you went on a craving, you can gain it back. If appropriate, you can try once a month. Works well.
